I, Elton H. Schwarz, as Public Oefender for the ~
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the ~
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of
S 250.00 against all the real a~d personal property
presently owned or hereafter a~quired by ~
RICHARD WHITE rrhose last
known address is: 718 Citrus Ave., Ft. Pierce, Fla.
- as a result of the Circuit
Court of said County having entered its Order Determining
Reasonable Yalue of Public Defender Services and Costs of
Co.urt on March 29 . , 197 6 as appear in Case no.
76-24-CF Mherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and RICHARD WHITE was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
