I, Elton H. Schwarz, as Public Defender for the
i~ineteenth ~udicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the
authority ve.sted in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of
~ 25.00 against all the real and personal property
presently owned or hereafter acquired by ~
TOMMY TURNER whose last
known address is• 119 North lOth Street, Ft. Pierce,
Florida - as a result of the County ~
Court of said County having entered its Order Determining
Reasonable Value of Public Defender Services and Costs of ~
Court on April 6 , 1976 as appear in Case no.
76-272MM wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and TUMMY TURNER was defendant and said
defendant fiaving failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
