I, Elton H. Schwarz, as Public Defender for the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of
E 350.00 against all the real and personal property
presently owned or hereafter acquired by ~
VICTORIA SMITH~ whose last
known adaress is: 707 North 24th St., Ft. Pierce,
Florida ~ as a result of the County
Court of said County having entered its Order Determining
Reasonable Value,of Public Oefender .Services and Costs of
Court on April 15 . , 1976 as appear in Case no.
76-86-MM wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and yICTORIA SMITH was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum~as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
