- I, Elton H. Schwarz, as Public Defender for the
Nineteentfi Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the
authority vested in m 4 under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of
~ 200.0~ against all the real and personal property
prese~tly owned or hereafter acquired by ~
JOE 0. LOVATO whose last
known address is: 131 Westglenn Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida
~ as a result of the County
Court of said County having entered its Order Determining
Reasonable Value of Public Defender Services and Costs of
Court on April 20 . , 197 6 as appear in Case no.
16-595-TT wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and JOE 0. LOVATO was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
