I, Elton H. Schwarz, as Public Qefender for the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the ,
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes, ~
claim a lie~ in favor of the State of Florida and the ~
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of
~ 250.00 against all the real and personal pr'operty
presently owned or hereafter acquired by ~ ~

RICHARD HOMER JOLLY whose last
known address is: 2103 South 37th St., Ft.~Pierce, Flroida
~ ~ as a result of the Circuit
Court of said County having entered its Order Determining ~
Reasonable Value of Public Defender Services and Costs of ~
Court on March 29 , j97 6 as appear in Case no.
76-11-CF wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and HOMER RICHARD JOLLY was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
