I, Elton H. Schwarz, as~Public Defender for the
Ninetee~th Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the ~
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of

presently owned or hereafter acquired by ~
ROBERT B. JACKSON whose last
known address is: 309 North 20th Street, Ft. Pierce, Fla.

Court of said County having entered its Order Determining
Reasonable Yalue of Public Defender Serv~ces and Costs of
Court on March 29 , 197 6 as appear in Case no.
76-194FM wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and ROBERT B. JACKSON was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon. ,
