. I, Elton N. Schwarz, as Public Defender for the
N~neteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of
~ ann_~n against all the real and personal pr'operty
presently owned or hereafter acquired by ~
DARRYL JACKSON whose last
known address is: 409 C. North 8th St, Ft. Pierce, Florida
~ as a result of the Circuit
Court of said County having entered its Order Determining
Reasonable Yalue of Public Def ender Services and Costs of
Court on March 29 , 1g76 as appear in Case no.
76-2-CF wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and DARRYL JACKSON was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued-thereon.
