- I, Elton H. Schwarz, as Public Defender for the ~
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the ~
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of ~
E 175,00 against all the real and personal property ~

presently owned or hereafter acquired by
C~idR~ES D. DUK~ whose last
known address is: 113 W. Volusia Lane Cocoa Beach,
Florida 32931~ as a result of the Circuit
Court of said County having entered its Order~Determining
Reasonable Yalue of Public Defender Services and Costs of
Court on March 29 , 707 5 a~ ~n~Q~~
75-231-CF wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and CHARLES D. DUKE was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
