I, Elton H. Schwarz, as Public Defender for the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtu,e of the •
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of
~ 25.00 against all the real and personal property
presently owned or hereafter acquired by ~
SARA BOOTH whose last
known address is: 1910 North 20th St., Ft. Pierce, Flo~ida
as a result of the County
Court of said County having entered its Order Determining
Reasonable Yalue of Public Defender Services and Costs of
Court on . April 9 ~ 1976 as appear in Case no.
76-257-MM wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and SARA BOOTH was def endant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon. -
