authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the~aggregate sum of

presently oaned or hereafter acquired by ~
FDWARD COLLINS whose last
known address is: c/o Willie Coe's Store, Ave., D, Ft.
Pierce, Florida as a result ~f the County
Court of said County having entered its Order Determining
~ Reasonable Value of Pubiic Defender Services and Costs of
Court on May 19 , 1976 as appear in Case no. ~
76-250-FM wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and EDWARD COLLINS was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
