authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in f avor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of

presently owned or hereafter acquired by ~

known address is: c/o Alton Beasley,Esq., P.O. Box 1208,

Court of said County having entered its Order D,etermining
Reasonable Value of Public Defender Services and Costs of
Court on April 6 - , 197 6 as appear in Case no.
76-224-MM wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and Fred D. Dickinson was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
