I, Elton H. Schwarz, as Public Defender for the ~
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of
~~„5.00 against all the real and personal property
presentty owned or hereafter acquired by ~
RAYFORD HAULCOMB whose last
known address is: Correctional Center, 1203 Bell Ave.,
Ft. Pierce, FYorida as a result of the County
Court of said County fiaving entered its Order Determining
Reasonable Value of Public Defender Services and Casts o~f
Court on APr>> 8- , 197 6 as appear in Case no.
76-223-FM wherein the State of Florida was Plaintiff
and RAYFORD HAULCOMB was defendant and said
def endant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
