~ I, Elton N. Schwarz, as Public Defender for the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, by virtue of the
authority vested in me under Section 27.56 Florida Statutes,
claim a lien in favor of the State of Florida and the
County of St. Lucie in the aggregate sum of
S 250.00 against all the real and personal property
presently owned or hereafter acquired by ~
WILLIE HUDSON whose last
known address is: 431 W. 9th St., Ft. Pierce, Florida
as a result of the Circuit
Court of said County having entered its Order Determining
Reasonable Value of Public Defender Services and Costs of ~
Court on March 29. , 1976 as appear in Case no.
76-20-CF wherein the State of Florida was Pla.intiff ~
and wILLIE HUDSON was defendant and said
defendant having failed to pay said sum as ordered, and Exe-
cution having been issued thereon.
