This cause coming to be heard upon the Wife's Affidavit .
and it appearing to the Court that entry of a restraining orde~ with-
out notice, would not prejudice the Husband, and the Court being
advised in the premises,
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Husband, THOMAS F.
COOK, is confined and restrained from interfering with, harassing,
threatening or annoying the Wife, FO1~IDA M. COOK.
All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida are
directed to enforce the provisions of this order without further
order or direction from the Court. ~
Ordered in Fort Pierce, Florida this day of June, 1976.
