FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of June, 1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIE PRATT, JR. Husband, and MILDRED PRATT, Wife, be and the same is hereby dis- solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUST(3DY. Custody of ANITA PRATT and PRISCILLA PRATT,minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, with reason- able visitation rights reserved to the H~ sband. tC 3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the ~day of ,1976, the Husband, WILLIE PRATT, JR. shall pay to the Wi e, MILDRED PRATT, the sum of $25.00 for each child, each and every week, for the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Clerk. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk ~ of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. ~ 253 849 ~ ~ _ - ~ _ . -
