4. PROPERTY. Tha~t the jointly-held property of the parties
i
located at 2002 Avenue Nr Fort Pierce, Florida, by operation of law,
is divided between the parties and they are tenants in common out-
right of survivorship to said property, and the former Husband may
retain possession of said property provided he pays the mortgage,
taxes, and maintains said property until such time as either party
may desire to sell said property, or to petition same.
