THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the petition of the
~Vife for temporary relief, and the Motion for Reconciliatory Stay and
Motion to Strike and%or Dismiss, filed herein by the Huband, both
parties being repr~sented by counsel, and the Court, being fully ad-
vised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED the Husband shall pay the Wife the sum
$30.00 per week, as temporary and permanent support during the pepden-

cy of these proceedings, said first payment to commence the

day of , 1976.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Rec-

onciliatory Sta-y is hereby granted for a periad of ninety (90) days
from the date hereof in order to hopefully effect a reconciliation
between the parties.
