5. Witnesses. Only those witnesses in the Pre-Trial
Conference Statements by the Plaintiff and Defendants shall be per- +

mitted to testify; as to the parties themselves and impeachment i

witnesses, however, both parties have reserved the right to name any 1

other witnesses up to and including seven (7) days before the trial. !

Any new witnesses must be submitted in writing and notice served on
opposing counsel within seven (7) days prior to trial.
Either party may call any witness listed by any other party.
6. Further Discussions. Both parties reserve the right to
have further discussions in this case up to seven (7) days before the
trial.
7. This case is currently scheduled for trial on the 14th
day of June , 1976; however, it is seventh (7th) on the
docket and it may be necessary to continue the case. If so, the case
will be placed on the July 12, 1g76, docket and will occupy the second

(2nd) position at that time. It is the understanding of the Court ~
that this case will take at least four (4) or five (5) days to try. ~
