St. Lucie County, Florida)
Notwithstanding the covenants and warranties by the
Grantor set forth in the deed to which this Exhibit A is attached,
the Grantee by accepting the delivery of the same agrees that ex-
cluded from the Se11er's warranty are all matters affecting the i
subject premises set forth i n Plat Book 8, page 17 and the two =
subparagraphs of Paragraph "(a)" of Seller's deed to tbe premises ;
dated January 7, 1947 recorded in Deed Book 130, page 535-537 of the f
Public Records of St. Lucie County and further subject to any state
of facts which an accurate survey may disclose and accepts the
premises in their "as is" condition having inspected the same and
without reliance on any representation or warranty as to the con- ~
dition of the said premises and subject to taaes which are a lien =
due or not due. ~

Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 11 of the
Contract to the Offer to Sell by accepting this deed Buyer agrees ~
; that all brokerage due or to become due shall be paid by the Buyer 7
; and it thereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Seller free and
; harmless therefrom.
