By the acceptance of this conveyance, PURCHASER does ;

further covenant and agree that said conveyance shall not relieve ~

him or the property described herein from any of the obligations ~

other documents relating to ownership of said Unit and the appurten-
ant recreational areas excepting for the payment of rent.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully
warrant the title to the interest conveyed herein, and_will defend
