PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN/APPROVAL OF
SETTLEMENT/AND PAYMENT OF FEES
The petition of June McNatt, by and through her under-
signed attorneys, respectfully shows that: "
1. Petitioner is a resident of Alamogordo, New Mexico,
and her residence and post office address is 1601 12th ,
Street, Alamogordo, New Mexico.
2. That Benjamin Ray Brazil is a minor being 17 years ,
of age and is the son~of petitioner,.and his residence and •
post office addre~s is the same as petitioner's. Petitioner
is the mother of Benjamin Ray Brazil and was awardetl~custody
ot the minor in the final•decree of divorce in the action,
Clyde Kenneth Brazil vs Wanda June Brazil, being case
number I1,878 in the District Court of Otero County, Third
Judicial District, State of New Mexico.
3. Petitioner requests herein the appointment of a
resident guardian of the property of a non-resident incompe-
tent,pursuant to Fla. Stat. 744.308.
4. Said minor is not the owner of any real or personal -
property in the State of Florida; his entire estate consisting
of unliquidated and contingent claim against Samuel Steel, -
Timothy Llayd Steel and tlmerican t~+iutual Insurance Company on
account of injuries sustained by said minor in an automobile
accident which occurred on or about January 5, 1975, at
