owned by Samuel Steel and insured by American Mutual Insur-
ance Company.
S. The nature and extent of said minor's injury is
reflected in a copy of a medical report of Daniel E. Stalker,
ti. D., a copy of which is attached hereto. Liability on
said claim is disputed.. The natural quardian of said minor, '
June McNatt, has entered into an agreement for the represen- '
tation of said minor by the undersigned attorneys on a
contingency fee basis of twenty five per cent (25$) of any
recovery made betore filing suit. The liability insurance
carrier for Samuel Steel, et al, has made an offer of settle-
ment of the claim of said mihor for the sum of 560,000 and
the undersigned are of the opinion that said settlement
would be beneficial to the estate of said minor. The amount
of liability insurance 3fforded by the said American Mutual ~
Insurance Company is $100,000 and the claim of the mother, .
June I~IcNatt,in her individual capacity,has been concurrently
sett].ed for the sum of $7,500. .

7. Petitioner requests that Sun Bank of St. Lucie

County be appointed as guardian of the property of the minor,
Benjamin Ray Brazil, pursuant to Fla. Stat. 744.309 in that the
next of kin of Benjamin Ray Brazil are all non-residents of
the State of Florida, to the best of this petitioner's knowledge,
information and belief.
