O R D E R
This cause having been presented to the Court on the
Petition for appointment of a guardian of ~the property of
the above minor and for the approval of a settlement of a
personal injury claim of said minor, including authorization
for payment of fees, and the Court°having considered the
contents of said sworn F~tition and e~hibits attached
t;~ereto and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as ~ollows:
l. Sun Bank of St. Lucie County be and it is hereby
appointed guardian of the property of BENJAMIN RAY BRAZIL, '
a minor
2. Settlement of said minor's personal injury clai.m
according to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Petition filed herein is agproved and said guardian is
authorized to execute and deliver a release and satisfaction
of said claim upon payment of the agreed sum.
3. Payment of attorneys' fees as set forth in said
Petition is approved.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this ~2 day of June, 1976.
