Stipulation of the parties and a default judgment having '

previously been entered against United States Steel Corporation,

a Delaware corporation and a written settlement agreement and '
release having been executed by the City of Fort Pierce, by and
;
through the City Attorney and by the defendant„ Indian River
Minerals, Inc., a Florida corporation, by the attorney of -
record for said corporation and the Court having reviewed

~ said settlement agreement and release and i.ncorporating the-

E terms of said settlement agreement and release within this

~ Final Judgment, it.-is hereby
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ ' (1) That all rents now~due to the City of Fort ,

~ be paid immediately upon the execution of this Final Judgment. ~ "
~ and all future rental payments shall be paid promptly in :

~ (a) Not conduct its sand loading operation__ _ _
~ when wind velocity of 22 miles per hour or more is blowing from
