(3) That the lease between the City of Fort Pierce, ~ - , Florida and the defendant, Indian River Minerals, Inc. which may or may not have been assigned to the defendant, United States ' Steel Corporation shall expire on August 25, 1980 and there shall ~ be no option to renew said lease after that date. ~ ` (4) The defendant, Indian River Minerals, Inc. or its assigns shall not operate the sand loading operation conducted on the leased premises described in this suit during the hours between 12:00 P.M.
