to wet the entire area within the lease where sand is located. i

Said sprinkler system shall be designed by a professional engineeri

and shall be activated when wind velocity is equal to or greater ;
than 15 miles per hour and said sprinkle~ system shall meet the
approval of the City Engineer. ~
(e) Shall install and maintain plastic inserts ;

' in all perimeter fences on the subject property. ;
(f) Shall install six palm trees of at least
" 15 feet in heighth on the southeasterly border of the property.

(g) Shall pave approximately 50 feet by 50 ;
feet area in front of the southwest gate of the subject property. ~
~ (h) Shall comply with existing ordinances on
noise and height of sand as these ordinances apply to the subject ~
property as.it is presently zoned.
(3) That the lease between the City of Fort Pierce, ~
- ,
Florida and the defendant, Indian River Minerals, Inc. which
may or may not have been assigned to the defendant, United States '
Steel Corporation shall expire on August 25, 1980 and there shall ~
be no option to renew said lease after that date. ~
` (4) The defendant, Indian River Minerals, Inc.
or its assigns shall not operate the sand loading operation
conducted on the leased premises described in this suit during
the hours between 12:00 P.M. Midnight to 7:00 A.M.
