In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and ather good and
valuable oonsideration which i/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the oonstniction, operation and main- •t~ ~
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and ' S~
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, impr~ave, add to, change "
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attactiment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon,~under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
