tenance of electric utility facilities ( including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the_attachment of conduits, wires or cables of a~y
other Company or person; also, to cut, t~im and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or ather obst~uctions
that might endanger or interfe~ mtith said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our p~operty described
