In consideration of the payme~t to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and _
valuable consideration which I/we have received, 1/we and thase holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclow~es and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities o~ any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or c~les of any
othsr Company or perwn; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth o~ other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said~ facilities, on, over, upon, under, and ac~oss my/ou~ property described
