ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION '
BY CRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and recording of the Warranty Deed
of conveyance to a condominium apartment is Island House Condo-
miniums, Phase acknowledges that said conveyance is subject
to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium more fully ~
described in said Warranty Deed, including the provisions of all
of its exhibit~, The Grantee does hereby ratify, confirm and
approve all of said provisions, including the provisions of the
lonq term lease and management agreement which are exhibits to said
condominium documents; the grante~ daes further hereby ratify, con-
firm and approve the acts of the officers and directors of Island
House Owners Association, Inc. in making and entering into such `
long term lease and management agreement. The Grantee agrees to
be bound by all of the provisions of the Declaration of-Condominium,
the long term lease and the management agreement; the Grantee ~
authorizes Island House Owners Association, Inc. to act for him and
in his name in the performance of its obligations under said long t
term lease and management agreement; the Grantee acknowledges and ~
agrees that all of the provisions of said documents are reasonable, ;
fair and equitable; and the Grantee hereby ir.ipresses a lien upon ~
the condominium apartment described above as security for his ~
obligations, as more fully described in said Declaration of
Condominium and all of its exhibits.
