The Grantee by acceptance and recording of the Warranty Deed
of conve~•ance to a condominium apartment is Island House.Condo-
miniums, Phase , acknowledges that said conveyance is subject
to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium more fully ~
described in said Warranty Deed, including the provisions of all
of its exhibits.• The Grantee does hereby ratify, confirm and
approve all of said provisions, including the provisions of the ~
lonq term lease and management agreement which are exhibits to said ~
condominium documents; the grantee does further hereby ratify, con- ~
firm and approve the acts of the officers and directors of Island ~
House Owners Association, Inc. in making and entering into such ;
lonq term lease and management agreement. The Grantee agrees to
be bound by all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium,
the long term lease and the management agreement; the Grantee
authorizes Island Nouse Owners Association, Inc. to act for him and
in his name in the performance of its o~ligations under~said long ~
term lease and management agreement; the Grantee acknowledges and
agrees that all of the provisions of said documents are reasonable,
fair and equitable; and the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon
the condominium apartment described above as security for his
obligations, as more fully described in said Declaration of ;
Condominium and all of its exhibits. ~
