TEMPORARY RELIEF ORDER ~

This cause came'on to be heard June 22, 1976, on the
Wife's prayer for temporary relief, and the parties and their
respective counsel having stipulated in open Court to the
_ following provisions, and the Court being advised in the
premises, ~
~ IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED as follows:
1. Temporary custody of JOHN THOMAS COOK is awarded to
the Wife, FONDA M. COOK, su~ject to the specific visitation rights
j of the Husband, THOMAS F. COOK, as follows:
! a. The Husband shall have the right to visit with

~ the minor child three times per week at the Fort Pierce--St. I,ucie
County Community Center and surrounding parks; the Husband shall
~
~ not remove the child from that area during his visitation.
b. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County is directed to
enforce the provisions contained in la above without further
direction from this Court.

c. The Husband shall notify the Wife telephonically
~ at least 24 hours in advance of his desire to visit with the
~
~ minor child, and then upon the Wife's willful refusal, the
~ Husband may apply to this Court for an order of contempt by
~ '
