Before me, the undersigned, came Charles R. P. Brovn,
who, being sworn by me says on oath as follows:
That the only-interest affiant has in this estate is ~
that of attorney for the personal representative hexein.
That affiant is familiar with each of the residuary
beneficiaries under the Last Will and~Testament of_John J. 1~cGowan,
deceased, dated January 3, 1969. That a duly authenticated copy of
said Last Will and Testament was admitted to Probate in the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County on March 2, 1976.
That tvo of the residuary beneficiaries named in the
Last Will and Testament of John J. McGowan, deceased,,dated
January 3, 1969 have informed your affiant of the incorrect spelling
of their names in said Will. That the residuary beneficiary,
TIMOTHY CRANMER, who signed the Waiver and Consent heretofore filed
herein and the TIMOTHY CRAHNER, named in the Last Will and Testament
of John J.'lycGowan, deceased dated January 3, 1969, are the same
person. That the residuary beneficiary, SADIE CRANMER, who signed the
Waiver and Consent heretofore filed herein and the SADIE CRAMNER,
; named in the Last Will and Testament of John J. McGowan, deceased,
