CHILD CUSTODY, CHILD SUPPORT,
AND RESTRAINING ORDER ~
This~cause, having come on to be heard before me on
June 21, 1976, upon petition of JUDITH ANN BARCA, Wife, for
temporary relief, and this Court having heard testimony taken
from JUDITH ANN BARCA and JOHN A. BARCA, JR., and this Court
having heard arguments of counsel for both parties, and being r

otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, upon considera-
tion:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
(1) That the petitioner, JUDITH ANN BARCA, remain in
exclusive possession e~ fami2y home, rented by her, located

f at 3223-B Duban Terrace, Fort Pierce, Florida; .

f (2) That petitioner, JUDITH ANN BARCA, have and re-

~ tain lawful temporary custody and control of the two children

' ~ of the parties: JEANINE M. BARCA, age 10, and JOHN F. BARCA,

~ ~ (3) That petitioner have and retain temporary custody,
~ i4 control, and possession of the family automobile, better de-

; ;i (4) That the respondant, JOHN A. BARCA, JR., continue

i to pay in a reasonable manner such periodic payments as are re-

~ quired by the following creditors of the husband and wife:

i~ Bolotins Furniture, Budget Plan, and Eagle Finance Company;
(S) That respondant, JOHN A. BARCA, JR., pay ~45 each

week henceforth to petitioner, such payments representing child
support for each child aforesaid in the amount of ~22.50 per
