(6) That respondant, JOHN A. BARCA, JR., be afforded
reasonable rights to visit said children aforesaid in the cus-
tody and control of petitioner, but at no times shall he visit
said children without giving respondant twenty=four hours notice;
(7) That xespondant, through his attorney, file
- ~ with this Court his financial affidavit at least ten days be-
~ ( fore the final hearin in the above-st led cause with a co of

said affidavit delivered to the attorney for petitioner; and
(8) The petitioner, JUDITH ANN BARCA, and respondant,
JOHN A. BARCA, JR., are enjoined and restrained from comin~
about, molestin~, harmin~2. or annoving each other; and, respond-
ant, JOHN A.~BARCA, JR., is further enjoined from coming about,
molesting, harming, or annoying petitioner, JUDITH ANN BARCA,
~ and their minor children, in any unreasonable attempts to visit
; I said children, pursuant to this Order.

~ FURTHER, it is ordered that the provisions of this _
; Order pertaining to the restraint of the parties, one from the
i
! other, be enforceable without further notice to this Court or
, . _
( the parties, through such legal means as are available to the
parties through the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office. Other-

j wise, said party shall be held in contempt of this Court.
