adoptive daughter of the decedent. Petitioner•'s•name and address

and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are set forth

2. Decedent, LYSLE A. BENNETT, whose last known address
was 2512 Kerr Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida, died on March 30, 19~6,

at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, and at the time of death, the
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is knawn, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and
