3. T~TLE ~QUIREiIE:NTS: Ir the evidence of ta.tle shall
not meet the requirenents specified in tbis Contract, then the ~
Buyer shall so notify the Sel~er in writing within thirty (30)
days af ter delivery o~ the abstract of titl~, specifyirig the
deiects_ Seller shall have one hundred tkenty (120) days after
receipt of that no~ice to cur~ the defects. If the defects are
cured c~ithin that time, tlie IIuyer s'~all have fifteen (15) days
after thF• curing thereot or untit th~ date of closiny called

transac~ian. If the defects are no~ cured within that time,
