Reference is made to yours of June 8th addressed to Charles M.
Tureen regarding the above matters.

~ We are, respectfully, the domiciliary administrator and guardian
k of the above-referenced estates. V{~e -wish to appoint you to act as the
E ancillary administrator aad guardian with regard to property of the -
j decedent and wards of the above-refereaced estates, located in the State
~ of Florida. As such, your total fee for handling both such estates is
~ acknowledged to be $2, 500. 00.

~ With regard to the decedent's estate, there are two parcels of land
~ in the State of Florida in which the decedent had an interest; one is an
~ undivided one-half interest in 224 acres of land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ which is the subject matter of a sales contract which has heretofore been
~ forwarded to you, and the other is an undivided one-half interest in approx-
! imately 150 acres on the North Fork St. Lucie River. Also, there are
several pieces of real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, in
which the guardianship estate has an in~erest.
It is our understanding, that upon the disposition of each piece of
~ property and the payment of all claims associated therewith, the net
~ proceeds from any sale thereof, together with any purchase money mort-
; gages securiag any gart of the purchase price will be forwarded to Clayton
; Trust Company, as domiciliary administrator and guardian, as the case
~
may be.
