In order to obtain the necessary fees which you request, including -
the deposit for costs, it would be necessary for us to petition the Probate
Caurt of the County of St. Louis, Missouri, for that authority. This may
be a cumbersome and time-consuming process; therefore, may I suggest
that your fees and cost reimbursement be retained by you out of the pro-
ceeds of sale of the property of the estates.
In all events, it is understood, that you, acting as ancillary admin-
istrator and guardian, will disburse no funds and will honor no claim
without our express written approvaL
If the foregoing is acceptable to you, please sign a copy hereof as
agreed, confirmed and accepted and ~return it to me as promptly as
~ possible; a return envelope is provided for your convenience.
