Articles of Incorporati:on, By-La~vs and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~aners' Associatian; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said ; Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and every provi.sion of the foregoing is . essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo- minium propzrty and is in the best interests and for the benef it of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all oc~ners of parce].s in the aforedescribed Condom~nium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits . attached thereto.
