Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, ~
acknowledges that this pur~hnse of a condominium unit at OCEAN
VILLIIG~ O~' IlUTCfIIt:SOP7 ISLAt7D is suUject in every respect to the
Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in which his unit
is located and ~xhibits attached thereto, including but not limited
to (~~hether the same are attached to the Declaration or referred to
therein), the IIy-La~~s of the Association, Azticles of Zncorporation,
the Itules and Regulations, copy oi projec:~zd onerating budget, copy
of sales brochure ~nd floor plan of apartment purch~:sed by Purchaser,
and all Ar.~~ndments to the aforesaid Decl~ration and Exhibits and the
Articles of Incorporation, By-La~~rs and Declaration of Covenants and
Rcstrictions of the Propert~• Ocaners' Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledqes receipt of and reading and examination of said
Declaration, its Ekhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknoc~ledges that each and every provision of the foregoing -is
essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo- '
minium propzrty and is in the best interests and for the benef it oF
all the o~•:ners therein. Purchaser and all o~aners of parcels in the
aforedescribed Condominium cover.ant and agree to abide by each and ~
every provi~ion of said Declaratio:~ of Condominium and Exhibits ;
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and conf irms and approves {
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration .of Condominiwm ~
and ~xhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under '
thc Property ~caners' Association documents referred to above and the ~
pravisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitaale,~-and said Pur-
chaser ac~no~aledges and confirns that the Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Ocaners' Association has encurnbered
an3 ir.~pres~ed a lien upon the Condomini~am parcel b~ing conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his ohliga~ians under th~ said Declar?- ~

tion and said Purc~iaser assurnes the obligati_ons as to the Property ~
