ERMA MAXINE BEASLEY, who departed this life on July 29, 1975.
2. That he ar~d the said Erma Maxine Beasley were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed
by Eunice E. Canady, a single woman., to Joseph B. Beasley and
; Erma Maxine Beasley, his wife, dated March 15, 1969, recorded

in O.R. Book 176, page 800 of the public records of St. Lucie

County, Florida, wherein the above described real property
was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
he was married to the said Erma Maxine Beasley anii that said
marital relationship continued without interruption until the
death of the said Erma Maxine Beasley.
