This cause havin~ come on before me upon the Plaintiff's'
Motion For Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem, Administrator Ad~Litem ~
and Attorney Ad Litem for the defendants in this cause, and it appear-
ing to the Court that all of thQ defendants have been duly and properly
served constructively by public3tion of Notice of Suit to quiet title

~ and all unknown heirs, legatees, devisees, grantees. assigns, lienors,
