This cause coming to be heard before me on.plaintiffs
motion to compel answers to interrogatories in aid of excution
on June 23, 1976, and the Court having heard argument of
counsel and being fully advised of the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. Defendants Dennis C. Holder, Jr. and Martha S.
Holder, are hereby ordered to answer the interrogatories in
aid of execution filed in this caase.
2. The Sheriff of St.Lucie County is herewith
ordered to serve copies of this order and the interrogatories -

~ attached thereto on the defendants.

3. The defendants shall have 20 days from the date ~

of service of there interrogatories upon them to respond to
the interrogatories fully and completely.
