ORDER ON TEMPOR.ARY RELIEF ~
THIS CAU3E came on to be heard this 22nd day of June, 1976,
• ,
upon the petition for temporary relief filed by the Wife and the '
Husband having been duly served with process, and the Courit after
hearing testinony and being otherwise advised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED and AUTUDGID as follows:
1. That the Wife shall have custody of CANDACE COOK and
TESSA COOK., minor children, sub~ect to reasonable visistion by
the Hus3~and.
2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife the amount of
Seventeen Dollars (~17.00) per week per child for support of each
child for a total of Thirty-four pollars (~34.00) per week commencing
on Firday, June 25, 1976, and each week there3fter; said payment
I~ shall be made to the Clerk of ~he Court in cash, money order or
~ chashier's check. Both of the parties are Ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of the mailing addresses and residence
addressese at all times while this Order is in ef~ect.
3. That the Husband shall pay to the attorney for the wife
as temporary attorneys fee that aunount of One Hundered Fifty Dollars
(#150.00), to be paid one month date of this order.
4. That each party is hereby en~oined and restrained from
interfering with, harassing, molesting, threatening, or otherwise
bothering the other in any manner whatsoever-.
