This cause having come before the Court on the Ausband's

Petition for M~dification of Child Custody and Supplemental -
Petition for Child Custody, Petition for Temporarq Custody.and
for a Restraining Order, the Court having jurisdiction and after r
considering the f ile and being otherwise fully advised it is
ORDERED and AATUDGED as f ollows ; ~
l. That the Husband, CHARLES SHEPARD, shall have temporary
~ pri.mary custody of the two children of his fonner marriage with
SHIRLEY SMITH f/k/a SHIRI.EY SHEPARD, up to and including July 8,
1976. The children are named Deborah Shepard and Frank Shepard.
2. SHIRLEY SMITH f/k/a SHIRLEY SHEPARD shall and she is
hereby ordered to surrender said children to her foYmer husband,

3. T'he Petition for Modification of Child Custody and the
Supplemental Petition to that purpose shall and it is ordered to
be heard on July 8, 1976, at 9:00 A.M. before the Honorable
Wallace.Sample, Circuit Judge.
