" ZHIS CAUSE was duly presented by the Assistant State Attorney and the
Respondent having been present in Caurt, and the Court being advised in the
premises, it is: _
ORDERED Alm .ADJ[JDGED as follaws :
1. That the Respondent pay to the Petitioner as temporary support
for the minor children of the parties the sum of ~120.00 per month, plus an additional
~1.00 for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These
payments are to begin on the 6th day of July, 1976, and thereafter on the 6th day
of each and every month until further Order of this Court; that said payments shall
be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal m~ney order to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie Coi.mty, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the
! said payments to: Clerk, Juvenile Caurt, 2000 Mecklenburg Street, Richmond,
,
~ Virginia 23223.

2. That the Respondent is ordered to be and appear before this Court -
on August 6, 1976, at 10:00 A. M. for the purpose of ascertaining the status of
Respondent's employment. Respondent is ordered to bring evidence with him at that
time to indicate the efforts he has made to secure employlaent. Failure to do so
shall subject Respondent to an Order of Contanpt.
- 3. The temporary order of support as set forth in Paragraph 1 above
has been entered by this Court because of the present unemployment of the Respondent.
4. That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the
purpose of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as may be dee~ned

equitable. ~
