ORDERED AND A~JUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
VERONICA LYMV ARCH born 2/27/59; ~ONITA KAY ARiCH, born 2/6/60;
VIC'I10RIA RAY AR(~i, born 9/15/63; and RICK ZHQKAS ARCH, born 10/4/64;
minor children, the sum of S 180. 00 per ~n~ plus and additional S 1.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. ~ ~
