The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee
does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provi-
sions (including the WINDMILL VILLAGE BY~THE SEA RECREATION CENTER
LEASE as filed for.record in Official Record~ Book 189 on pages
1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
, Florida, and the acts of the officers and Directors of WINDMILL
VILLAGE BY T~ SEA CONDONINIU1i NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida
corporation not for profit, in making and entering into said
