1. To make all payments required by that note and this mortgage promptly when due.
2. To pay all taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that property promptly when due. Ii they are not
promptly paid. the Mortgagee may pay them without waiving the option to foreclose. and such payments~ wilh
interest thereon from the date of payment at the same rate as speci~ed in that note. shall also be secured by this
mortgage.
3. To commit, permit, or sufter no waste. impairment or deterioration of the mortgaged property.
To pay all expenses reasonable incurred by the Mortgagee becacse of failure of the Mortgagor to comply with the
agreemenLs in that note or this mortgage, including reasonable attorneys' fees. The cost thereof, with interest
thereon from the day of payment at the same rate as speci~ed in that note, shaU also be secured by this mortgage.
5. If any payment provided for in that note is not paid within 30 days after it becomes due. or if aay agreement in this
mortgage is breached. the entire unpaid principal balance of that note shall immediately become due at the option of
the Mortgagee, and the Mortgagee may foreclose this mortgage in the manner provided by law. and have the
mortgaged property sold to satisfy or apply on the indebtedness hereby secured.
6. The rents and prorts of the mortgaged property are also hereby mortgaged. and if proceedings to foreclose this
mortgage shall be instituted, the court having jurisdiction thereof may appoint a receiver of the mortgaged property
and apply those rents and pro~ts to the indebtedness hereby secured, regardless of the solvency of the Mortgagor or
the adequacy of the security.

You have the option to void your contract or agreement by notice to the
seller if you did not receive a Property Repoirt prepared pursuant to the
Rules and Regulations af the Offioe of Interstate Land Sales Registration, U.
S. Departrr~ent of Housing and Urban Developmer~t, in advance of, or at the
time af your signing the contract or agreemer~t. 1f you reoeived the Property
Report ~ less than 48 hours prior to signing the contract or agreement you
have the right to revoke the contract or agreeme~t by notice to the seiler
unttil midnight of the third business day following the consumation of the
trans~tion. A business day is any calendar day exoept Sunday, or the
fdlowing business holid~ys; New Yearrs Day, Washington's Birthday,
Mernorial Day, I~dependence Day, Laba~r Day, Veteran's Day, Columbus
Day, Thanksgiving, and Chris~nas.
