THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 29th day of June, 1976,

and the Court having given full consideration to all of the ~
evidence, finds ~and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the }

subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife '
now exists be~ween the parties; and that the marriage between the ' ~

parties is irre trievably broken and should be dissolve d;it is ~

there upon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows : `
I 1. Dissolution of Marriage: The marriage between

~ Ralph H. Stewart and Patricia G. Stewart, be, and the same is

~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
~ forever free fr~:^ ~he !~onds of matrimony heretofore existing ~

~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. Custody : The Wi fe shall have the care, custody and

~ control of the minor children of the parties, to-wit: STEVEN TIMOTHY
~ STEWART, age seventeen (17) ; AMY KATHRYN STEWART, age eleven (11) ;

k and ALEXANDRA ELIZABETH STEWART, age eight (8), preserving unto
the Husband, reasonable rights of visitation at all reasonable

: 3. Support and Alimony: That Husband, RALPH H. STEWART, ~ ;

~ pay to Wife for child support for the four children of the marriage, ~

~ the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($125.00) per month per ;

~ child, totaling $500.00 per month, with said payments expiring on '

~ each child when each said child obtains the age of twenty-five (25) ~
